Hi All, During a job opportunity, when the recruiter asked for my expected CTC, I mentioned 12 LPA, as my previous job's fixed salary was 7.8 LPA. Now, I’ve been shortlisted for the Product Designer role and have learned from some sources that their maximum budget is 14 LPA. How should I approach the negotiation? Job security - Excellent

From Monday to Friday till lunch no body will ask to work post lunch suddenly there is urgency in everything and u won't get the time for anything and this will go for next two days sat and Sun. And, again from Mon to fri till lunch no work will be there. If u want to work on weekends then it's a best company to join.
