Confused about Salary negotiations

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?

Good work environment and culture, team mates are supportive and the manage management is transparent apparaisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

Dislikes

There is lot ot plitics and the management doesn't address our issues salary is decent but careea growth is slow there is a bond of 2 yeras before which you can not resign. On the job training given to new joinees

Very bad culture as all the employees are in politics to down you no matter how much you work hard, management is also act like deaf and dumb they don’t do for loyalty
