Some seniors very much political who not support his downline....HR activities and involvement very less..they timely not highlight the actual problem which created by seniors like GM. Manpower evaluation in front of management not done.

This organization is very helpful to fresher. I got a chance to work with "Krish-e" An mahindra initiative, to helping farmer, by providing Agronomical advisory at field level. And promote farm Mechanization.

And another plus point is that my colleagues come from various culture backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration.
