...th Rudder for more than 4 years now. Open work culture, colleague are very nice. Got salary hikes twice a year even during Covid period.

Dislikes

Work from home is still continued, less chance to meet colleagues.

...t have the knowledge and experience of a solution architect now within one year. Learning wise a very great opportunity, pay and hikes are higher.

Dislikes

Less opportunity to interact with colleagues physically as this company is still following WFH. Work pressure is high some times.

Likes

Managed a key client for one year and looked after new acquisitions for the next two years. It was a great experience overall. Management is supportive, listens to suggestions and also invested in my skills growth.

Dislikes

Not much, can have better facilities and amenities which they are working on to improve.

Likes

Helpful colleagues, supportive management. Leaves get approved without any question. Very flexible timings. As long as work is done responsibly, no one bothers you unnecessarily.

Dislikes

Working from home still, unable to meet colleagues in person.

Likes

Great opportunity to work in latest technologies in AI ML and Data Science. Got to work on Voicebots and Chatbots using GPT, and finetuning of other NLP LLM model.

Dislikes

Sometimes projects can be challenging, a lot to learn in less time.
