I'm writing this review a week, so that my anger cools down and I can be reasonable. The only pro about this place is the trauma bonding that happens with other employees

Dislikes

Where do I begin 1. A digital Manager has 4 job roles not just one business development, client servicing, strategy & planning and social media management 2. There are only 2 copywriters one is as old as he can get, his job - gossips, spreading rumors, praising the boss, chat gpt is his best friend. 3. There is also a system of logging in every minute of every hour of your life, and if 9 hrs aren't accounted for you get YELLED AT. ABUSED. 4. Every day you get yelled at all the time 24×7 There is no other way to be spoken to at this place 5. They have no HR, no PF, this place is an absolute scam, they have an office boy who keeps hovering around you telling you to where to sit , don't go out,and if you take a break will send pictures complaining to the boss 6. The digital Manager is also supposed to make bills and needs to sit in for accounting - They have a freelance accountant who does nothing lol 5. If you are an employee here you will be abused, overworked, cussed, harassed at, micro managed to the bone and since the office also looks like a godown your will to live and love for marketing faints 6. There is an office boy who is not educated on how to talk to people, he goes around the office sneaking, collecting information and reporting back to the boss 7. If you take a 10min break you get yelled at 8. He has made a girl give a (xyz)job on a bottle and another girl dance on the table (a game was being played at the time but still) 9. He doesn't like people having fun in the office, if there are people moving around talking to each other brainstorming ideas he walks in and yells at them Basically if you work here you will begin cursing yourself on joining this place. There is nothing here. No growth, no happiness, no clients, zilch. Do not consider applying to the place. Please. I wouldn't wish this place on my enemies.
