...r team. Our team work perfomance and responce is Quick. People growth very fast. and time to time salary pay in our account ,conveyance facilities are also available any time . Many kinds of facilities are available like as medical ,Hra etc.

The work pressure is very low. Only 8 hours duty attending time . No any call attend after duty time completed. Managers mostly accept my suggestion . In this plant many kinds of post avilable from low to high some people want to take tranning here . All managers , senior staff co-operate to any department team.

Company has good reputation. The HOD Finance and rest of the management is good. Minimum Fixed annual increment. Good job security.

Dislikes

No corporate culture, fixed annual growth but not that much (5000 in 3 to 4 years) political center is everywhere. Learning aspects is very low and Definitely not recommended for a long term, because almost the employees are local so they don't expect much higher salary or promotion.
