1. Salaries are paid on time. 2. Transportation is available, bus will pick you up from your location. 3. One-time meal is provided to employees for 15 to 30 rupees.

1.No job security. (Often times open threats are given like either my or highway. ) 2. Promotion and career growth options are almost non-existent. 3. Appraisal is either delayed indefinitely, or appraisals are not based on performance. 4. Health insurance provided is inadequate and barely covers basic medical needs. 5. Favoritism is rampant. 6. Unprofessional behavior, especially by the relatives of the company owner and other close figures in the org. 7. Lack of proper management, decisions often seem arbitrary and biased. 8. Toxic work culture discourages innovation and personal growth.

Work Culture Senior Management and HR is very unsupported any time sack to work , no any reason, HR is always support senior Management Boss , Lower level employee no value in this company, TA and DA hold in 2 months then senior boss approve then release no any HR policies in company. It is monopolic company rules by senior manager.

There is nothing to like about working here, it is a very toxic environment.

Toxic environment, excessive pressure, unbalanced management, more work for less salary, false promises and working till late night.

Only salary is credited on last working day of the Month.

Dislikes

No any support from Head Office. Even SO has to do 50 calls per day till 8.30hrs. Company expect minimum 40 calls as productive and it is 39 then also you will be marked absent. Worst culture. No holiday even on Festivals.

I was worked 2 yrs in patanjali biscuits and confectionery division vinay Nayak (zsm) behaviour is very rudely,warst person,he can't be able to handle employees and give wrong comments for employees for salary. And he told company not increment for salary ho are worked 2 ,3 yrs for DSM.

Very warst company salary also not increment for peoples ho are working 2,3 yrs and toucher for employees for working.
