Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

Good Skill development improvement our knowledge and good staff behaviour, All staff members are very Energetic person. So that's my experience is very good to learn more skill development and very Amazing work at Ruchi Realty Group.

Dislikes

Travel allowance not pay by the HR team because I don't know but my site is very large area it is not possible to visit by walk but I am use my personal vehicle and cover by all site management, today my 1.5 years complete in this group only 4 months travel inside the site allowance pay by the company . But I don't know why should not pay my travel allowance 1.1 years inside the site.
