This is a Maintenance job,Here do the Faulty Work from an owner Complain Basis.Client's are Very Good.They are also Compromise to us.Another plus point is that here my colleagues come from various Cultural Backgrounds,and we are work happily in collaboration.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work Pressure is very high.sometimes, I have to work 10-12 hours straight in a day as i have to attend Owner Complain in the evening and sometimes late into the night.

Every step I learnt a lot from my subordinates and seniors.Great coordination among collegues.

Dislikes

After a long period of job, almost 5 years financial security does not exist.Monetry growth us bit slow.Multiple work profile needs multiple level of motivations.
