Retention offer
Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

No work culture . Only old people survive without having any knowledge. For growth there is no scope of this. 95 % peoples are from more than 10 years with dead skills. If u last more than 1 yr skill has to be almost dead. No hr policies. No rules & regulation. Managers doesn't know about technologies..

6 days working no govt. Holiday at all. They told u have 25- 20 govt. Holiday but they actually give only 4-5 in a year.. Worst management I have seen.
