Good place for freshers to learn what a professional life is like, what to and not to do. It is not a place build a future. Employees do not get enough opportunities for growth. Not much to be expected from a small establishment .

Dislikes

Management is judgemental. Treats the office like a school. Not a comfortable environment, idiotic rules. Peanuts in terms of incentive from extraordinary expectations. Often you will hear demeaning words from supervisors.

In Cm ,work never ends. Work keeps rotating from one person to another. Lack of technology and advance softwares.Very labourious & hardworking game it is.

Good about Rubixis is almost everything like knowledge, food, location, shift, work and people. If you are there you will just feel as if you are in your own house with a mix of everything, good and bad both. One should not seek perfection. Accept things that you dont like, to be a part of a happy family and carry on.

Dislikes

Rubixis is not perfect, nor do I ever expected it to be. Things of dislikes vary from person to person. Need to ignore them to be a better professional and to make your work life comfortable. Though I never got everything I expected, still I feel its the best place I have ever worked at. Have got to live many memorable moments in my longest tenure served there and seen it growing with collective efforts. My Best Wishes to Not The Best, still The Best Organization ever.
