...ursing my self why i joined the company. I was associated with Pune Maharashtra. Salary is low no work culture ethics. They are totally unprofessional and inexperienced.

The team is unprofessional they do not check emails only timepaas they don't know how to perform their task on right time very lazy team. They even Don't know how to write an email. Very low salary. Specially Pune team are pathetic culture.

This organization just take advantage of your situation don't pay salary on time.Timings are strict and work life balance is zero .They expect 100% hardwork from you but they don't promise any job security or even salary. Pathetic team lead Swetha Karri she only thinks about her own benefits will never listen to your issues only speak about her own benefits. I request you all do not work with this organization they hire you for 2 months of contract period and end it whenever they wish.No guarantee of your hard earned salary you will only receive fake dates and promises.

...vide for it, and then say it doesn't fit in our policy so we can't reimburse it. These people won't even pay you for the work you did as per the contract!

Payment is still pending from their end after 2 months. Their one employee named Komal who handles payments is absolutely rude and unprofessional. Other employees are okay when it comes to professionalism, however, company lacks ethics and doesn't provode payments to the freelance trainers. Doesn't understand how a contract signing process occurs and when it should be signed, before or after 2 months of the training. These people keep hiring new trainers and then give them 1 training assignment, and don't pay them. That's their game for cost reduction.

Management, payment, they dont pay trainer after training is done. And firstly they will ask you to manage transportation by yourself and then they will not reimburse that bill. The employees will block you after you have worked for them.
