Only 1-2 clients, other projects are of churches. If you are unable to find a job anywhere in the world then only join Rubico. This is not a company this is a conversion centre. Senior employees are like the frogs of the pond they haven't seen anything else apart from Rubico. Think by logic, this is an IT company from 2000 and they are not having a headcount of 150. Because they're running a shell company in the name of IT company. Please think logically my pints, if you still join the organisation only God could you. If God will ask STAN to not fire you.

... They also have assigned the employees Christian names(hope you understands :)). Less Pay Scale. I personally don't want to mention this but they always are ready to spend their money on less necessary things but they don't give much to their employees.

Work culture is bad. Low Ethics and communication (HR team) No privacy Zero tolerance on being introvert Will judge you on basis of your personality not work. Old orthodox thinking is common.
