So much politics and partiality. If you belong to pahad ( hill ) region then no restrictions applies on you. 7. Believes in hiring 4 freshers than one experienced person. 8. No annual Bonus or Gifts.

Who do the typing test of 40 WPM, there will take your typing test every month. For EXPERIENCED: 1. I have seen 5 years of experience employees who got fired after 2 months in Rubico. He shifted his home and got admission to his kids in Haridwar and after 2 months they fired him. 2. They are having no reason to fire you, you wouldn't be able to understand why they fired you. 6. If you are coming from MNC background please don't join, the atmosphere here is very negative. 7. If you are moving from a big city, please don't, you will regret your decision. 8. Experienced employees don't know ODC, offshore employees, on-site any of the terms. 9. Only 1-2 clients, other projects are of churches. If you are unable to find a job anywhere in the world then only join Rubico. This is not a company this is a conversion centre. Senior employees are like the frogs of the pond they haven't seen anything else apart from Rubico. Think by logic, this is an IT company from 2000 and they are not having a headcount of 150. Because they're running a shell company in the name of IT company. Please think logically my pints, if you still join the organisation only God could you. If God will ask STAN to not fire you.

... They also have assigned the employees Christian names(hope you understands :)). Less Pay Scale. I personally don't want to mention this but they always are ready to spend their money on less necessary things but they don't give much to their employees.

Work culture is bad. Low Ethics and communication (HR team) No privacy Zero tolerance on being introvert Will judge you on basis of your personality not work. Old orthodox thinking is common.
