1.No salary increment 2.Less salary than other IT companies. 3.Strange hybrid model of wfh 4. One day wfh + four days wfo 5. Poor management team always makes nonsense policies and rules. 6. So much politics and partiality. If you belong to pahad ( hill ) region then no restrictions applies on you. 7. Believes in hiring 4 freshers than one experienced person. 8. No annual Bonus or Gifts.

Because they're running a shell company in the name of IT company. Please think logically my pints, if you still join the organisation only God could you. If God will ask STAN to not fire you.

Work culture is bad. Low Ethics and communication (HR team) No privacy Zero tolerance on being introvert Will judge you on basis of your personality not work. Old orthodox thinking is common.
