Job security is not there... If you don't gave them cases they will throw them you out of company in just 3 months or may be some time on spot. So there is no subject of job security.. Work culture is good.. Proper work management is not there.. Seniors who are working there from last 8 to 9 yrs they will mentally torcher the new joineee... They don't support for new people's... Unko hajam nahi hota new logo ne accha kama kiya to.. If you really want to go sales field... If you are ok for tellecalling work then join the company..... Yaha pe highly educated log hajam nahi hote... They should put criteria in advertisement as 10 or 12 th passout rather than putting required Graduate and postgraduate.. Thank you🙏
