...work proper way then you do long time with company. Company policies are good.appraisals are fair and they give good bonus every year.

Dislikes

Company policies are good but not transplant . Not faith any comment of company. Management don't address our issue.there are no value of talent .

Management fever of contractors then employers. If having a problem of our senior then can,t complent anywhere. Companey promised to give joining time convence per year but not .

It is very nice company. I learn their and develop my skills. And there is job safe. But career growth it difficult, travail good. Work environment is good. But salry poor so life balance is not good.
