This company gave me good experience and working knowledge of SAP at store department.This plant is a packaging unit,so also I got better knowledge of production and supplying.I also like the employees of all departments in plant.

The one thing I don't like in this factory is employee salary and growth.This company gives our employee unsatisfactory salary after doing all pressure and hard work,the salary amount is less.But this company provides our employee's good privilege like conveyenc, fooding and other thing.

Honestly job satisfaction, salary, growth, career is very poor, most of the employees have been being paid below INR. 10K, even after 10 years of experience in RSPL.
