... in Account and Finanace department i am working in company 15 hours 8.30 to 10.0nMqny eople resign that in my department her work give to me and those employees salary 35000 monthly and my salary 15000 monthly given to me handover and at time i am high pressure work i am working 2 year but when i am risghn that at time told that please increase my salary but not increase my salary and after i am rilesigh that. When i am resignation given to company at time said that how many salary required to you.many times i am requesting to company for increase my salary and when my last day hr F&A offering to me we increase your salry at my last day

...ent is fine. Or I should say it was great for an employee, except one thing i.e. salary structure.

Only the salary part. They don't revise or think to give extra increment to you.. They also don't give you a counter proposal, even if they are accepting the fact that you there asset & should be retained.

Salary in time. Bonus is good. Higher management is good but senior and middle management increases harrasment.

Politics is at peak. Way of talking to junior is absurd. Your good work doesn't count but your little fault msy lead to your bounded resignation. Everything depends on Boss. If he is OK, you're safe.
