...ough many useless people have been fired which is good for such an organisation. RSPL is paying full salary to all its employees either they are working from home or they are attending office. This is a bad move. There must be a criteria for people to be fully dedicated towards working.

This company gave me good experience and working knowledge of SAP at store department.This plant is a packaging unit,so also I got better knowledge of production and supplying.I also like the employees of all departments in plant.

The one thing I don't like in this factory is employee salary and growth.This company gives our employee unsatisfactory salary after doing all pressure and hard work,the salary amount is less.But this company provides our employee's good privilege like conveyenc, fooding and other thing.
