...ent is fine. Or I should say it was great for an employee, except one thing i.e. salary structure.

Dislikes

Only the salary part. They don't revise or think to give extra increment to you.. They also don't give you a counter proposal, even if they are accepting the fact that you there asset & should be retained.

Salary in time. Bonus is good. Higher management is good but senior and middle management increases harrasment.

Dislikes

Politics is at peak. Way of talking to junior is absurd. Your good work doesn't count but your little fault msy lead to your bounded resignation. Everything depends on Boss. If he is OK, you're safe.

The only that made me stay here were my team mates. They were supportive all the time.. Another point that made me stay here was its location..Being my home town I prefered this company.

Dislikes

The pay here is terribly low as compared to the burden of work..Moreover has no justification for appraisals.. its all internal politics and only senior management gets good hikes.. for executives company always have low budget..

Lala Culture. Feeling of slavery. Lack of independent decision making. Unjustifiable Discrimination amongst employees based on their rank.
