Nothing. Very bad environment.. filthy politics. No job security. They don't even give the salary regularly. Last year I quit and they didn't gave my 2 month salary yet. I have contacted MD, general manager several times but they didn't even respond. And this doesn't happen just with me they did the same thing with all of the employees.

Everything. Don't join this company better spend time to build better future.

...tomer. 5) The company is very much helpful and cooperative in all the matters. 6) The company already clears the January 2023 salary of all the employees so there is no back log. 7) The company has never creating any pressure to the employees for submitting the resignation. 8) The company is serving their consultancy mostly all the state so if the performance & eithers of the company is not good the company cannot bagged the order of the other state.

This is thev worst company i have ever seen. They don’t give salary on time. Internal culture is very bad. Specially MD Pinaky Roy and Arpan Bhattacharya is the most worst person over there.

... all the projects taken by the company upto the satisfaction of the customer. 2. The company already cleared January salary, there is no back log. 3. The company is serving their consultancy mostly all the state so if the performance & ethics of the company is not good , the company can't bagged the orders of the other states.
