The leadership is biased. The promotion are not on merit basis. Toxic work culture. I tried to complaint the HR regarding the biasness of Abhineet during promotions, but they threw me out of the firm. My 8 months of career is wasted here without any learning and looking at such dumb people in the leadership who can never match the big4 culture.

These individuals are toxic and lack the skills to manage projects effectively. Coming from small companies they've brought the same kind of office politics with them. The culture here is all about showmanship.
