The leadership is biased. The promotion are not on merit basis. Toxic work culture. I tried to complaint the HR regarding the biasness of Abhineet during promotions, but they threw me out of the firm. My 8 months of career is wasted here without any learning and looking at such dumb people in the leadership who can never match the big4 culture.

Worst work culture. When it comes to hirings, they follow biased terms. Hire their own people from last organisation, form a cartel and reject genuine people out of the way. Groupism is at top Poor leadership and management Failed employee satisfaction Rotation is an illusion.
