The leadership is biased. The promotion are not on merit basis. Toxic work culture. I tried to complaint the HR regarding the biasness of Abhineet during promotions, but they threw me out of the firm. My 8 months of career is wasted here without any learning and looking at such dumb people in the leadership who can never match the big4 culture.

Worst work culture. When it comes to hirings, they follow biased terms. Hire their own people from last organisation, form a cartel and reject genuine people out of the way. Groupism is at top Poor leadership and management Failed employee satisfaction Rotation is an illusion. Most of the high management persons are the ones terminated from big4s due to professional or behavioural issues. You can check google.

I think the work culture at RSM is very healthy, you have helpful seniors and leaders. Everyone is friendly and the firm provides ample opportunity to learn and grow personally and professionally.

Dislikes

I am yet to experience it but from what I've heard the appraisal and bonus is pretty lousy. A lot of favours are being given while giving out promotions.

All consulting side managers(Especially ERP) come from the same company, and anyone can confirm this by checking Linkedin. It seems like biased hiring took place. These individuals are toxic and lack the skills to manage projects effectively. Coming from small companies they've brought the same kind of office politics with them. The culture here is all about showmanship.
