Indian management are very unprofessional towards employees. They are not managing theirs staff and treating them as slave. I believe it's time to repla Indian management talking about hrpb Parul and operation manager Abhijit Dutta. False promises and commitment done by them.

I have been working at RSK IEC for more than a year now. We provide engineering design solution to UK Water Industry remotely. The people, work culture, management everything is great. I am fully satisfied.

Company is comparatively new in India, established couple of years ago.

No reason to join this company. Bad management, False promises are told by hr during joining.

Job security is zero. If your client is not satisfied with your work then you have laid off from company any time. No one will support you.
