Job security is high. Since RSB Projects Ltd. managed by MD Sandeep Gupta and GM Dinesh Gupta prefers quantity over quality.

...in RSB Projects Ltd. of Sec-16 Faridabad has stayed at the company for 15-20yrs. These staffs works at extreme low salary, accepts zero work-life balance of RSB, all because they are not capable enough to get another job. This is by no margin is a disrespect to the staffs. This is the frank reality of the state of the company and how it operates.

Company has no rules and regulation 365 days duty with more than 12 hour No life here Senior staff thinking that they are owner of the company To much politics here

There nothing like dislike with the company system. Only if company don't get new project, Our routine job will be affected And, They take projects outside area of metropolitan city.
