Company is good but some seniors divert to owner mind for others to not continue the job

Salary very late after one month and 25 days you can get first salary.After that your salary every 25 to 26th. Office was not well maintained. Only site office for seniors

The company is good to providing new young talented guys to improve skills and 360 degree learning programme. The company working environment is good and professional. The work life balance was also good and weekly off is a such good and refreshing physically and mentally.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent but growth is slow and salary/appraisal is the late. The work pressure is very high.

Good culture,working satisfaction,good learning place,Job secure,time to time salary.

More work has to be done as per salary, promotions are done by looking at faces. A lot of time has to be given for promotion.

In RSB Infrastructure I have Learnt a Lot. All Employees here was very Nice and So Coperative/Suppotive. Mr. Vinay Singhal(G.M. Sir) was very Good Person, he always support to all employees. Overall experience at RSB Infrastructure was so good. I always miss that Company.

Dislikes

The only part which I dislike about RSB is the Salary/Appraisal as they hire freshers/less experience staffs at low salary and doesn't Promote after seeing there working and dedication about company .

No management system, no HR policy, for implementing anything your have to fight at each step, owners are not able to understand the issues they look one side only, company knows only client satisfaction at anyhow they don't care about their own standardization. Even the leave or holiday policy is very poor.
