Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

I was associated with rrd more than 2 years my experience was pretty good. Leadership is good no doubt but some they may kick you very badly you can’t even imagine. Corporate politics are there.

Dislikes

Salary and hike are too law. But job security is there. And finally STOP HIRING MANAGERIAL POSITIONS FROM FROM CALL CENTER CALL CENTER THEY’RE MAKING TOXIC CULTURE.

Leaves, gov holidays, working environment, salary, no pressure, we can learn skills n development on our own.. Mote leisure time for the role 'motion graphics designer'. Dinner and some specific snacks are free there.. Night cab facilities. Bonus every year is mandatory..

Appraisal occurs every year.. But very very less..thats only the drawback am facing..

Leaders and operation account managers in ECC team Chennai behaves very badly. shouts on the floor very locally using abusive words in local language and they dont follow floor discipline also. very bad culture and the way they treat employees is also bad. no work life balance. lots of politics. Management should arrange some discipline related training for the leaders and operation account managers in ECC team Chennai. Very worst behaviour and politics
