Salary and Compensation are on time. Products are good, company is investing a lot on infrastructure development. Sales team are really hard working. MD is a nice and down to earth person.

Dislikes

RR Parkon do not hire capable and effective employee. Most of the employees working here has came through references. They lack basic professional qualities and ethics. People with poor skills, lack of knowledge are promoted(because they l!ck there seniors toe & that also whatever you are thinking while reading my comment) instead of deserving candidate. Deserving candidates are suppressed by office politics. Maintenance department is pathetic, this is because inefficient and poor managers who lacks leadership skills. Employee are always playing blame games to save themselves from a heat. Finance department is highly corrupt, they take benifit of MDs good nature. Backend executives has poor communication skills, lack of process knowledge & is of childish mentality. As said earlier Mangers are incompetent they themselves do not know how to handle situation. SCM department is pathetic they always underestimate TAT(Turn Around Time) resulting in delayed project. Maintenance department is most crucial and a cherry on the top department that holds image of entire organization. Irresponsible managers who are uneducated and lack basic professionalism skills has ruined the maintenance department. CustomerCare service is a big joke that organization handles. Customer suffers a lot not because of product but, because of poor employee and so called "CustomerCare".
