In rr ispat is working place good.but here carriers growth is normally.and also working pressure is very high.then also it's goods place.

In rr ispat don't give payable salary. And very high pressure for work.its only depends on Woking man.and don't do any thing for wok's place and working .only want works .

Dislikes

In steel business, patience need to there at certain level but it is missing in promoters, it seems. Employees are not feeling secured at workplace due to lack of understanding of business & that’s why attrition rate is high as compared to other competitors. Management need to think on it seriously as the organization is growing 360 degree in all respect.
