In rr ispat don't give payable salary. And very high pressure for work.its only depends on Woking man.and don't do any thing for wok's place and working .only want works .

In steel business, patience need to there at certain level but it is missing in promoters, it seems. Employees are not feeling secured at workplace due to lack of understanding of business & that’s why attrition rate is high as compared to other competitors. Management need to think on it seriously as the organization is growing 360 degree in all respect.

Will get good opportunity to learn as majority of things require incumbents personal attention. Business acumen will improve significantly.

Salaries are un timely. Promotions and appraisals are not rational. Top management is prejudiced. Vintage style of working.
