Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

As a employee of RQS Mining i can say that we produce qualityful raw material and that's said by some of our clients in Bangladesh. I feel proud to be a part of this company

Dislikes

The drawbacks that i am facing is, our product cost is higher than our competitors. That's why its becoming very hard to penetrate in the market and break the chain that's made with other suppliers from india.
