Retention offer
Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love my helpfull team mates and my all clients. They are very help me for make a good engineer. I checked quality of job , erection work, fabrication work, safety work, hr work,and store work. I am working very heard to learn all this things mindly. I work this site ,it is very interesting area and lovely climates.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent ,but growth is very slow due to material problem. The working presser is very high , l have to work 16- 18 hours straight in a day for company work. There is no on jobtraining for freshers, hence senior flokes like me have to guide them step - by - step, which is very painfull.
