Weak HR Policies. The policy is selective for some people. The manager has Authority and Responsibility. But no decision making. Some preferred employees there are no policies applicabile. Company has great potential to grow. But lack of automation and inclusion of office politics pulling the growth backwards.

It's nice to talk about teammates, very supportive and helpful , High quality mentors and too much things learn from them till now and to be continue...it's nice experience to work there....

Dislikes

Nothing too much things dislike about RPS ,but yes I will mention one thing i.e life style balance it should be more enhanced and be practical....hope so it will better soon....

If I am shortlisted and and being part of this company as well then I will growth the my self and company security. I would like to work as a team and coordinate with that team who not supported to grow for the company success.

Dislikes

I don't like the waste of time as team where i can improve my self and skill. I don't want to lose any part of the company policy.
