Good Company To work with.

Dislikes

Weak HR Policies. The policy is selective for some people. The manager has Authority and Responsibility. But no decision making. Some preferred employees there are no policies applicabile. Company has great potential to grow. But lack of automation and inclusion of office politics pulling the growth backwards.

My new employer wants me to join by 8th Jan, my current employer is not leaving me till 24th which is a long time. I requested them to reduce notice period but they denied, what should I do?
