Confused about Salary negotiations

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?

Without knowledge of this company rules and regulations I joined. After my joining I was worrying so much.

This is one of salary cheating company they are hit all the site Engineers stomach . This company MD directly said to ours (Engineers) security guard work. And their management was very poor and timely they not arranged and given the materials at site . And major point is HR policies are very worst & she is not a educated . And my few contractors are going to complaint police station for the payment issues and finally give some amount with police inspector . Pls don't go and take the sub contract on this company. And finally I has lost my one month salary 25K. They fixing my salary is 25k but they are not given my full salary any single month also. Ever month they are cut my payment. I can't never see any other companies like this in my life........pls job seekers skipped this company......my project on this company is (Modakurichi water supply project).
