RPM engineers India limited are project based company's therefore lot of opportunity to learn technically. Job security :RPM enginners has not loosed any experience employees and also having lot of orders and NDDB approved company. Good working environment and culture .company policies are good and good salary hike to give based on output.

Dislikes

Management doesn't address employee s difficult , appraisals only based on output. They not have proper system management. Medical insurance or esi facilities not for manager cader.
