Got a call from recruiter of this company with a job description of BAO and salary 20k and all that. Told to attend the interview process through online and attend the session conducted by the company. After attending the interview process around evening sent the conformation mail by saying to pay around 800rps.After the payment you will receive the offer letter and the training starts.There another guy will blabber some things for 3 to hours regarding the insurance and ends by saying you have to do a insurance of higher rate around 30k. After that so called TLwill keep on forcing you take the insurance and if you can't do you will be excluded from further work. So after some time I came to know that its just a MLM company. Consider it a awareness Step 1 :Your profile from job sites will be taken and called with a fake job description Step 2: To make the candidate believe it's a legitimate company they will provide details and other stuff.Exam fees of 800 rps for exam followed by sales and marketing of selling insurance but wont mention the premium. Step 3:Conduct interview to make the candidate believe it as original interview Step 4 :Send conformation mail and ask the candidate to pay the fees. Step 5 :Once paid send them offer letter and tell them there will be training session. Step6: In that session there will be a prolonged session ending with the candidate to take a insurance. If you can't do it then it's over. So in short it's a MLM scheme collect freshers detail provide fake job description then ask them to pay the money in the indirect way and ask them to purchase a worthless insurance to achieve their target. I am sharing it as a experience so that some people reads it and move away from these frauds. So people who who faced the same thing share your experience so others wont get scammed it may take few minutes but it will save some people hard earned money.

Fake job description with fake salary Collecting exam fees for a fake exam forcing the candidate to take insurance after taking 800 rps. If not able to do it no reply from management. Fraud activities conducted all around.

They have the trick to achive the target through the payment process of employee, only for satisfying their targets with insurance company!! Starting they said no targets, get 800rs for the certificate related to their insurance business but after they fixed a lot of fraudulent activities for their insurance policies SO, DON'T PAY ANY AMOUNT TO THIS COMPANY!!!
