...e a session for job . After that one telephone interview they will select you. Then they will ask me to take a IRDAI exam so that I need to pay 800rs. So I paid it. After that they started 45 days training. They told me there are vacancies in 3 department including sales and marketing. In first day training they gave me 3 task including customer login task for their insurance. This is how the game starts. We need to give insurance from our own family members and friends. Like a LIC agent. They will tell you it’s just a task. We will assign the team whichever department is fit for you. But it’s not like that. The sales task is their priority. If you can’t do the customer login then they will just vanish from our life without telling anything to us. Very unprofessional company and employees. I can’t do the customer login within the time period. So they don’t include me the next training classes and they didn’t inform me anything about that. I lost my 800rs Don’t go for this company
