Management was always interfering in our personal lives and did not give any space at all even after working hours were over. They wanted us to be present on call even if it’s 2am. Not work life balance at all

Everything works like a charm in this organization. Very Friendly environment and helping management. Work-life balance is awesome. This company knows how to value people and their skills. I just love my bosses here. They are very supportive and lovely people.

The Thing I like the most about RPATech is the job security. This covid time is very crucial and RPATech has not fired even a single employee. The work and personal life is very much balanced.
