Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

It's totally pool of inexperienced management

Dislikes

These guys has No salary in notice period, recovery for notice period against the labour laws. Ultimately no interactions of management with employee, they don't even realise what an employee is doing at client's place, even clients don't respond to these guys. It's ultimately no deal organisation. I do not recommend to join this organisation at all.

I liked the work culture and environment and also we have a great opportunity to learn new things as a fresher I got a good training and knowledge by working in this company.

Dislikes

There is no dislike about the company I don’t know why people are writing negative comments. It is a growing startup company and management is also good.
