This company is totally dependent on their client. If no projects at client side they you have to be on unpaid bench till you get your next project. No team structure. once a month HR will connect and will ask you is everything fine that's it. You will not get to know who are all part of your team.

Work from home initially, then you'll be called up citing client emergency. They take inconsistent projects using Clutch, none of the projects ever completed on time.

Kumar Saurav - DG - I never understood his role. He had to peep into every department and he's "Maalik ka Wafadar"

I got a call directly that your profile looks fine and you will be slected so please share the Pan and adhar number but make a note that RPAi will credit the salary in some-others a/c not in your a/c. How can I trust these words when you these documents are very important for finanacial purpose and scammers are in hunt to get these details. So I decline the ask to share, but its not a god practice from he employter side to ask for such details before even joning them.

Work culture is very nice. I am working here from last 2 years, and got appraisal as well as promotion in these years. Organization values there employee hard work.
