...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

No comments simply waste. I was releved before 5 months but still not get my salary. I have to get nearly 1.75 lacs as a PF amount. But till now they paid only 49000. Don't believe and don't choose telebuy

Good training, politics level high, Work environment is peaceful, Gathered a good exp to working in all parameters useful for other company.

Job security level is Not Good ( highly risky responsibilites ), Salary structure is Worst ( not improved level ), Work - life balance is also average (not fixed working time).

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
