Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Company is good. But management especially HR department very worst.

Dislikes

Salary always pending and not in time. I resigned from this company 3 months back. But still also they didn't pay my last month salary and F&FS

...tchens are in pathetic condition with roaches, lizards & rodent infestations. 6. Employees salaries are not paid on time. 7. F&F of employees is held for the last 6-8 months.
