Far behind in technology. Still working on sticky notes and manual registers. Salary is very late almost a month late. No career growth for years and years almost every employee working on same positiin and salary.

low pay scale, no growth and very less oportunity

Pay pockets are prompt, job satisfaction, New comers must learn local working culture ,internal understanding(work coordination) required in all aspects.

I have got my increment twice within six month period. Treats everyone equally. And never discriminate s any one.

If i look my personal life while working...i can see none. Growth and development are not satisfactory.

Even though 1000 plus team members were there, Managing Director personally know each and every employee by name.

Dislikes

Most of the key members are from the family members of the management group. Hence difficult to follow the systems and policies.
