Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

Human resource department don't exist there .The CEO need to learn what is the meaning of administration and why HR is department required to built /operate in company

No defined system ,dirty and unhealthy work place ,not defined policies and procedure for employee access ,they are not well structured inside .highly political pole originated company .people don't stay because of there work but because of favoritism.highly abusive environment.
