Hi, I'm currently drawing a salary of 27.7 (25.3 is fixed) LPA in my current organization and I got a new offer for 39LPA (33.3 is fixed and 1L joining bonus total 40) I'm almost going to complete by 2 years in my current organization and overall I have 11 years experience as QA. It's a great company with well organised systems with employee carring and also attractive salaries. The person who has heavy expectations I don't recommend. If anybody wants grow gradually this company will support alot. Here at begging you need to be straggle to perform at least 2 years. If your hard worker this would be best company for you.

I was not having any issues and regrets personally with the company. Whatever they promised it's been done accordingly and Management give me 100% support on my thoughts and ideas. One of the best company I worked in nigeria.
