All is good in the company except the salary and exit formalities.

Royal Research not able to pay its employees for 3 months since January in Durgapur Branch. They even terminate employees who try to leave them. They not provides the release letter, no objection letter and experience letter if not serve 15 days period. Relieve letter must be provided as per Specific Relief Act of Indian Legislation. They not providing even release letter also to the employees. Now you decide what to do you will work for this company.

Salary dispatch date(employees survive with no salary for 60 days -90 days) , work culture, unethical policies, toxic management, deduction of salary of all Team Leaders without valid reason, no training sessions provided before joining for freshers, zero flexibility(people work from 10am morning to 10pm night), rigid leave policies, zero employee retention capability

They don't want to pay you, just do your job for free. Also management was terrible . And don't think about time management, they told me it will be a 10AM to 5.30 PM job. But they intentionally create work pressure to make it a 9 to never ending job

They don't give salary on time. I joined in may and I got May's salary on 15 June.next month I got June's salary on 25th July and I got july's salary on 5th September and still not got August salary as I left the job. You will not get any experience as they need your work quickly. Hence they will ask you to blindly copy and paste codes from chatgpt if you get any technical project. And there is no fixed time to go home. You can't go home if your task is not completed. You can go home even at 9pm if your task is incomplete but you leaving time is 6:30pm
