Basement office without any proper ventilation except a.c Bad food provided for staff very low quality similar to government hospitals. Work politics among departments and people trying to pull eachother down instead of supporting except of GM and higher authorities.

Royal orchid Central pune is my first origination to start my career and must it a the best organisation to start, it provides the best work culture to work and the staff along with the management are very helpful and welcoming

one thing which needs to be changed is salary growth which is very slow

...s. Very good place to have a memories because they such a beautiful party halls. Company policies are good, they give good salary for freshers.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics between the managers, the management doesn't adress the mistakes properly. This place is not good for on the job training. Praising the employee whom they like and cornering other employees. They don't fix the proper roaster for the next day, they keep changing it too often. StafFood is not good which is provided in the cafeteria.

Only flagship property can better to work but not franchise property

...anchise property where GM like rubber stamp, rest every decision by local owner. No job security, salary hold by local MD after 1month notice of resignation, and cost control in every where including staffs facilities and staffs cafeteria foods.

Badwork environment and culture. Teammates are supportive Company policies are not good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.No work culture no security as hardly they bothered about ladies drop at night in covid 19. Mire than 100 staff Layoff. Lots of staff at home no pay. Who are working salaries deduction happening but no itimitation notice about the percentage of pay cuts.The food is cafeteria is worst no hygiene maintenance. Dirty lockers with full of cockroaches. Even hardly for guests they maintain hygiene. Long stretch work hours without pay. They choose if they want they will not pay PF.

...ours.There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.
